These Terms of Service govern your use of Attify's website and related training, consulting, certification, research, and business communications. By using the site, submitting a form, purchasing a product, or participating in an Attify service, you agree to these terms and any written terms that apply to the specific service.

Attify provides security training, certification, consulting, research, and related professional services. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, site content and training material are provided for educational and professional development purposes.

You are responsible for using security techniques lawfully and only in environments where you have authorization.

You agree not to:

• Use the site or materials for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized activity.
• Attack, disrupt, scrape abusively, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or related systems.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, payment authorization, certification status, or assessment results.
• Share exam access, lab credentials, private training material, or restricted content with unauthorized people.
• Use Attify names, marks, content, or certification claims in a misleading way.

Some offerings may require enrollment, payment, scheduling, identity or eligibility checks, lab access, exam rules, reporting deadlines, or other instructions. You must follow the rules provided for the specific program or assessment.

Attify may withhold, revoke, or invalidate certification results where there is cheating, unauthorized collaboration, credential sharing, abusive behavior, payment failure, or violation of assessment rules.

Prices, payment timing, taxes, and delivery details may vary by product or engagement. The refund terms for paid products and certification attempts are described in the Refund Policy, unless a separate written agreement provides different terms.

The site, text, course material, labs, diagrams, assessment content, branding, and other materials are owned by Attify or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or create derivative products from these materials unless Attify gives written permission.

The site and services may use third-party providers for hosting, email, newsletter management, payments, scheduling, video, labs, badges, or related infrastructure. Those providers may have their own terms and policies. Attify is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Attify does not guarantee employment, promotion, client acceptance, certification success, vulnerability discovery, security approval, or a specific business result unless a separate written agreement expressly says so.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and general materials are provided without warranties of any kind. Attify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from use of the site or materials.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow limitation.

We may update these terms as the site and offerings change. Continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
