Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling rules for paid Attify offerings.

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid Attify products and services, including certification attempts, public training, private training, digital course access, and related professional services, unless a separate written agreement or product-specific checkout term says otherwise.

If you believe a payment was made in error or you cannot access a purchased product, contact us as soon as possible.

ACIP Certification Attempts

ACIP certification attempts require scheduling, assessment access, lab/proctoring preparation, and review capacity. Because those costs are reserved for each candidate, refund eligibility depends on whether access or the assessment window has begun.

  • A refund or cancellation request may be considered before assessment credentials, lab access, proctoring access, or an assessment window has been issued or started.
  • Once assessment credentials, lab access, proctoring access, or the assessment window has been issued or started, the attempt is generally non-refundable.
  • Missed assessment windows, no-shows, late submissions, failed attempts, rule violations, or revoked results are not refundable.
  • If Attify cancels an assessment and cannot provide a reasonable replacement window, we will offer a reschedule or refund for the affected attempt.

Digital Training and Course Access

  • Refunds for digital training may be considered only before meaningful access, download, lab use, or course consumption begins.
  • Once digital course access, downloadable material, lab access, or substantial course use has started, the purchase is generally non-refundable.
  • If a technical issue prevents access, we will first try to restore access or provide a reasonable workaround.

Live Public Training

  • Public training seats may be rescheduled when a request is made early enough for us to reassign the seat or adjust delivery logistics.
  • Late cancellations, no-shows, or partially attended sessions are generally non-refundable.
  • If Attify cancels a live public training session, we will offer a replacement date or refund for the affected seat.

Private Training and Consulting

Private training and consulting work is usually governed by a separate statement of work, proposal, invoice, or written agreement. That agreement controls refunds, cancellation fees, rescheduling, deposits, and payment timing for the engagement.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, completed work, reserved delivery dates, prepared custom material, and prepaid non-recoverable expenses are not refundable.

How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

To request a refund, cancellation, or reschedule, contact us with the purchaser name, email address, product or service purchased, order or invoice reference if available, and the reason for the request.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
