This Privacy Policy explains how Attify collects and uses personal information when you visit this site, submit an inquiry, subscribe to updates, or communicate with us about training, consulting, certification, research, or related work.

We collect only the information needed to respond to requests, operate the site, send requested updates, and maintain reasonable business and security records.

• Contact form details, including your name, work email address, company or organization, inquiry type, routing topic, message, and any contextual fields you choose to provide.
• Newsletter subscription details, including your email address.
• Technical information that may be processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, timestamps, and security logs.
• Business communication records if you email us, schedule a call, request training details, or continue a conversation after submitting a form.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the contact form unless we specifically ask for it in a separate written engagement process.

We use service providers to operate the site and process requests. The current email, contact, and newsletter workflow uses Loops. We also use Cloudflare for DNS, delivery, security, and privacy-first web performance analytics. Hosting, deployment, email, scheduling, payment, and business infrastructure providers may process information where needed to provide their services to us.

We do not sell personal information. We also do not intentionally share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and Real User Monitoring outside excluded European regions to understand page traffic and site performance. Cloudflare describes this beacon as privacy-first and says it does not use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, or other browser storage.

Essential technical storage may be used by the site or infrastructure providers to deliver pages, protect the service, and remember choices. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, satisfying legal or accounting obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting the site. Attify works with service providers that may process information in different countries. Where privacy laws require safeguards for international transfers, we rely on appropriate contractual and operational safeguards made available by those providers.
